I'm Eula Johnson, aka. EJ. I own and operate EJ The VA , a virtual assistant business located in Central Valley California. I offer services to the legal community both locally and virtually to clients around the world.
I started this business because solo practitioners and smaller law firm attorneys are business owners too and that means more responsibility with less staff to get the job done. So many have to work twice as hard as larger firm attorneys. Others cannot afford an experienced full-time litigation secretary. Often times after hours and holidays become the norm. These problems can become a burden and costly. Its great to work hard for your clients, but it's better to work smart. So, what do you do when you are working late and your assistant has to go? What if you cannot afford to hire an experienced full-time secretary? What's the plan when your assistant takes sick leave or or you have to work on a holiday to make a deadline? Call an experienced virtual assistant.
I have over 20 years of experience in the legal field serving
solo practitioners and large law firms in and around the
San Francisco and Oakland areas. During my working career I have held positions as Litigation Secretary, Executive Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant and even Office Manager. I have worked in Litigation, Labor and Employment, Asbestos, Personal Injury, Real Estate and ERISA areas of law. Therefore, I am very familiar and comfortable doing this work.
In fact, I love the work that I do. I bring not only an abundance of experience, but also an executive level of professionalism and complete discretion to all of my responsibilities, tasks and business relationships. I am commited to provide the best professional support to my clients and their office staff, because a win for small business is a win for us all.
My future business goal is to create a professional legal virtual assistant team that can support the small business community.
